Due to limited capacity, reservation times are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Please be on time for your reservation as all tables are held for a strict 10 minute grace period, after this time tables will be given away. Any changes to reservations must be approved through management.
All tables are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 hours. After two hours you may be asked to move tables or be required to move on.

Unfortunately, due to social distancing practices table requests cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware that due to social distancing requirements, we are only able to utilise certain tables. All tables of 8 or less booked through the online reservation system are guaranteed to be low seated tables either inside or outside undercover.
High tables cannot be booked as they are reserved for walk-ins only.
If your preferred booking time is unavailable you are most welcome to walk-in and try your luck at getting a table.
Longboard unfortunately cannot accept reservations for groups larger than 15 through the online reservation system. For all inquiries for groups larger than 15 guests please contact our functions manager via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on (07) 4724 1234 for assistance with your inquiry. Please do not book 2 separate tables as tables next to each other will not be guaranteed.
Please be mindful to inform us if guest numbers decrease but also be aware that we are still subject to capacity restrictions and may not be able to accommodate an increase in guest numbers.
* For group sizes of 9- 15 guests, please be aware that we have a limited number of tables that can seat these group sizes. These tables consist of low seated bench style tables and high tables with bar stools.
Children & babies are people too. They count towards guest numbers. Please inform us if you have children or babies as part of your group.
Longboard’s famous Sunday Sessions are back! Reservations are taken for lunch and are highly recommended but we do allow walk-ins. The Sunday Session kicks off from 4pm with live music. We do not take reservations for the Sunday Session as tables are first in best dressed (we do take reservations for groups of 10-15 for the Sunday Session. Please email us for these reservations). We operate with the Sunday Session menu from 4pm.
Reservations can be cancelled or amended via your confirmation email from Table Agent or by calling us on (07) 4724 1234.
For groups of 9-15 guests, credit card details are required to confirm your reservation. Please be aware there is no holding fee placed on your card. The holding of credit card details is to ensure we can take payment in the event of a no show. Your credit card may be charged in the event of a no show or with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to not show up for your reservation may result in a $25 per person fee being charged to your credit card. Failure to amend your guest numbers without 5 hours notice may result in a $25 per person (not in attendance) fee being charged to your credit card.
